The Yippee EP was released in 2008 by Loveway Records. I for one, believe that The Yippee EP can never get old. I usually add at least one or two of the songs off this EP on my weekly playlist. There are a total of four songs on this EP, roughly 13 minutes of singer Christofer Drew Ingle’s sweet and gentle voice. Truthfully it was very hard for me to pick a favorite, but I managed to choose Smelyalata. I chose that song because 1. the title was silly, and 2. it was/ is a very catchy and cute song. I recommend this EP to anyone who enjoys a short, cute, and upbeat music. Just thought I’d mention that this is great for planting or just any soft outdoor activities.

  1. Heregoesnothin (3:26)- this song confuses me, even though its message does not really go with the joyful feeling in the music, it still manages to make me want to throw on some shorts and go outside.
  2. Bigcitydreams (3:13)- I feel a great relation with the lyrics of this song, it reminds me of a family member I grew up with and she decided that she wanted to leave the small little city we lived in to go to some big city alone.
  3. Smelyalata (2:35)- finally my favorite song, I love this song it reminds me of when I went to my first party, and my crush/best friend (at the time) and I were receiving compliments on how we were a cute couple when really we were just friends.
  4. Dare4distance (2:47)- the final song and the saddest song, this song gets me down because it  reminds me of my current friend that I seem to be drifting from, I know friends don't last forever but this song just feeds with that idea and it hurts.
